We are a music management company and a record label based in Vilnius. We love music we promote and we pay close attention to the needs of our artists and their fans. We don’t limit ourselves to the traditional methods, rather we analyse every case individually and treat every artist as our own baby. Even if it means trying absolutely anything! Valuing individuality and creative freedom, we aim for the top quality in every project we do.

We believe in collaboration as a form of mutual learning for everyone involved. To express our passion for continuous improvement we initiate educational projects, seminars, workshops and conferences. ISTVAN TOMAS

Founder, PR and Music Manager. Having a BA in Economics and decent working experience in sales and marketing, Ištvan has been booking and managing artists for more than 10 years. He is full of creative ideas and great passion for everything he does.

JULIJA SREDERSAITE

Music Manager, Booking Agent. Julja is a professional Events Manager with both 6 years experience in London's live music sector and a degree in Music and Arts Management.

ALVYDAS MACIULSKAS

A&R, Producer. Alvydas has over 20 year experience as a music producer. He has produced and supervised a number of artists and worked on numerous recordings.
